Prarup.Com is a web publication for students, professors, planners, engineers, architectures, scientists and policy makers. The aim of this web journal is to achieve academic uplifting and refinement, to develop professionalism and to disseminate latest information in the field of Architect and Engineering. This journal will include papers of research, analysis, designs, constructions, managements, planning and architects.

Today, technology has revolutionized the way we work and has paved new ways. In the process of development, the role of technology transfer is found insufficient. Modern technology has considerably extended the capabilities of scientists to observe, test and record far beyond the limitation of the primarily visual observation, that they used to rely on. At present, there is a growing awareness to develop and improve the engineering educational structure in developing countries, making it more responsive and relevant to the current and future economic, industrial, and social changes. As an engineer it becomes our responsibility to work hand in hand so as to promote substantial programs of development in available resources. Development can be brought in track only through new knowledge and technology. If we can trace that track, only then will our future look brighter than we can imagine. With the encouraging help and support from all the well-wishers and concerned individuals and authorities we are able to host this site and hope that it will remain as one of the Architect and Engineering web journal in future. Certainly, In this issue, we gave  more emphasis to the research oriented articles and latest technology change in this field.
